The method we use is a forward freefall rappel.

Head instructor Macka MacKail gained Certification
while serving with the Australian (SAS),
hence all
instructors are carefully chosen,
thoroughly trained
and will personally instruct you on every jump.
You are in total control of your speed of descent.
There is also a brake person
always in control of your descent
as a double safety measure.
